4. Mail- This takes the longest and may not be the safest, but we are happy to accommodate mailing if that is your preferred option.

Our contracts are structured with a 30-45 day closing timeframe; however, we're pleased to share that most transactions close within approximately three weeks. Basically, once the due diligence process is complete, funds are promptly deposited into escrow, and our team works diligently to expedite a smooth and timely closing.
